The salty taste was gentle, so it was rich and light, and the noodles were soft and delicious. I like super hot soup, so that point was regrettable, but I am satisfied. I will stop by again.

I came to the store for lunch. I live about a 3-minute walk from my house and have been here several times, but on weekends and holidays, customers from the neighborhood and outside the prefecture line up, but since it's a weekday, it's okay for only two female customers to wait. The taste depends on the thickness and amount of back fat, and you can choose from light to rich. Other toppings can be boiled eggs and char siu.
