Ramen done down to an art form. Baranankotsu ramen was my choice, also their suggestion. Nice choice if you are in Tateyama.

Baranan Ramen (730 yen) Half and half of simmering braised braised meat and Nankotsu! delicious! ! I think even women who don't like greasy foods will enjoy it. Negi ramen (570 yen) The white onion and spicy soup was delicious. About 10 minutes walk from Tateyama Station. Last order is 1:45 p.m.

Five stars without a doubt. The exterior is difficult to enter and requires courage. I don't know if there is a parking lot... The inside of the store is surprisingly spacious with table seats and tatami mats. This time I ate ramen and fried rice and they were absolutely delicious. The noodles had a refreshing soy sauce flavor similar to ramen, and the noodles were chewy and slightly flattened, giving them a nice texture. The fried rice is from the ramen shop! There's nothing better than that. The restaurant is run by an elderly couple, so we hope it will continue for a long time.
