It's Takeoka-style ramen, but the soup isn't as thick as Takeoka ramen. But I guess I'll get used to it after going 2 or 3 times. If you tell them the hardness of the noodles and the soup, they will adjust it to some extent. (Depending on how crowded) The sub-dumplings are full of garlic gyoza, and the chashu platter is enough for 3 bowls of rice.

It's a hidden gem! This is very delicious ramen! I think it's commonly known as Takeoka-style ramen, but it's light! This is not ramen that will make you thirsty!

Whenever I visit my relatives' house, I always go out to eat. It's cheap and delicious! The char siu is delicious, so I recommend the char siu noodles!
