Since it was a Saturday afternoon, the surrounding shops were full and I couldn't get into any of them, so I happened to be passing by and visited this shop. In the end, it was a very correct answer. There were two groups of people waiting when I entered the store, but I was soon shown around. This restaurant specializes in salt ramen, so Large serving of salt ¥950- Purchase a meal ticket and order. The visuals show the owner's commitment to the food, and the taste is amazing. Basically, it has a salty seafood flavor, but when you scoop up the soup around the thick slices of grilled pork, it mixes with the flavor of the grilled pork and is delicious! I forgot to take a photo, but if you add the attached green onion oil, it's also delicious! It was a bowl of ramen that you could enjoy to the fullest. The taste and volume of the noodles are perfect. I rarely go to Suzuka, but next time I have the chance, I would like to try the char siu noodles. Thank you for the meal!

I received the salted char siu for 1,100 yen. There is also salt ramen, but I would like to add chashu to it. As mentioned in the reviews, I added char siu and it was the right choice. The salt soup had a very mild taste, and although I was recovering from illness, I was able to eat it easily. 😊 Comes with green onion oil. I thought it was green onion oil until I ate it, but it turned out to be onion oil. This oil is imbued with the sweet taste of fried onions ☻ When you add green onion oil, the soup becomes sweet and rich! Personally, I like to eat 2/3 as is and 1/3 with green onion oil ^^ I don't have a photo, but I also tried the salted noodles. This one was not to my liking. The noodles are hard-boiled and have a thick core. I want to eat salt ramen again!! The rice is free on weekdays, so if I have some free time, I'd like to add some rice to the leftover soup. P.S.: There were surprisingly many female customers, so it was easy to get in.

The aroma of the charcoal from the chashu blends into the soup, and the aroma spreads from the moment you drink it. It was really delicious.
