Futtsu, Chiba, Japan｜らぁ麺 大塚

I stopped by when I went fishing from Tokyo to the Futtsu area on my 125cc small bike. I was traveling alone, leaving my wife behind, and for some reason when I travel alone, I always want to eat ramen. I stayed at a container-style hotel with a mysterious atmosphere and stopped by after enjoying fishing the next day. Probably around 1:30pm. There were about two customers in front of me, and another one arrived at the same time as me. While I was eating, a customer who seemed to be a regular came to the restaurant. Considering this location and time, I guess it's popular. The style is to buy a ticket first, but the soup is based on three types: soy sauce, salt, and shellfish stock. I ordered the soy sauce flavored egg topping. I basically like soy sauce, but I can't seem to escape from it haha. Later, a regular customer told me that the shellfish soup stock was delicious, and I thought it would have been better to go for that. However, the soy sauce was also very tasty. I suddenly started slurping up the soup, realizing that it would have such a gentle taste without artificial seasonings. The noodles seem to be homemade. It goes well with the soft and mild flavor of the soup. If the soup had a strong taste, it might not be enough, but I thought it went well with the gentle flavor of the soup. What surprised me was the chashu. Two types of meat and three types of parts are served, and the chicken breast, pork loin, and pork belly are all tender and soaked in soup! The chicken breast in particular is like a sponge. When you soak up the rich flavor of the soup and eat it with the homemade noodles, you get a sense of unity, which makes this ramen even more complete. The store feels very clean. When customers returned, they immediately disinfected with alcohol and refilled with cold water. It's difficult to visit if you're coming from Tokyo, but I'd like to try the shellfish soup ramen next time.

The special soy sauce ramen was delicious😋 Chicken and seafood? I like soup. Homemade noodles are also smooth The chashu is moist, soft and delicious! The shop is also beautiful✨ It's unnecessary, but it seemed like they would definitely prosper even if they opened a store in a bigger city.

The soy sauce ramen was very flavorful and delicious. It is gentle on the body as it does not contain any additives or chemical seasonings. If you eat soy sauce ramen first and then salt ramen, the taste will be bland (lol) Even my 1-year-old daughter ate the whole thing as the pork was soft and delicious. Because it's delicious I felt like they should have more seats. This is a highly recommended ramen shop.
