Katsuura, Chiba, Japan｜Ebine

Katsuura tan tan noodle was nice and not too spicy. My kids had the chashu shoyu base ramen and regular miso ramen. They both loved it. We went during lunch time and it was ran by the owner himself. The owner was friendly. The ramen shop itself had an old school style feeling but it was awesome. Definitely will come back again if we are in the area.

Quality ramen restaurant ran by family. Good menu, remarkable interior.
