Order the uniquely named Mitani Ramen The soup looks similar to Takeoka ramen, with a rich color, but the soy sauce doesn't have the sharp edge, and the soup stock from vegetables and chicken gives it a sweet taste. The grilled pork is thick and large, with just the right amount of fat, and the noodles are medium-thick and straight. They served me a mini char siu bowl. The proprietress is very personable, and I'm sure I'll visit this store again.
