More Comments at Google MapI received “super thick dried sardines soba” and “livea curry dressing”! The ultra-thick dried sardines soba has an impactful taste with a strong hint of dried sardines. The flavor of the soup is unmatched. The noodles are thin and chewy with a unique texture. The meat tastes like roast pork and is very delicious. The crunchy onions are also a nice accent. When I ordered the liver curry dressing, I was a little surprised because I couldn't imagine the taste, but when I ate it, I was surprised at how delicious it was! The richness of the liver, the flavor of the curry, the umami of the knots, and the refreshing taste of the onions all come together in a delicious way. I felt that this dish could no longer be categorized as ramen. I think people will like it or hate it because it's unique, but personally I love it. I'll come back later!
I waited for the store to open and entered the store, and had some very rich dried sardines soba. I thoroughly enjoyed the thin, chewy noodles and moist grilled pork, both of which I like, and the dried sardines. I was impressed by the atmosphere inside the store and the behavior of the staff, and realized that this was Japanese food. Next time I visit the store, I would like to try the Aedama as well. Thank you for the meal.
I was curious about it, so I made some preparations based on word of mouth before visiting. I chose soba noodles with golden sea bream soup and sea urchin for the marinated egg. Both were delicious✨ The menu seems to change slightly every day, so I'm looking forward to seeing what I'll try next time.
