It's been several years since I visited the store. Unchanging atmosphere, unchanging taste! I was very satisfied. As other people have commented, the noodles are quite thick, so you will have to wait a while to boil them. I've been to Taishoken in front of Kimitsu Station (no longer exists) quite a while ago, but this is my first time at Taishoken in Kisarazu. It goes without saying that this is the birthplace of tsukemen, and there are shops all over the country with noren curtains. It was cold, so I decided to go with "Amotsu". The rich dipping sauce of dried sardines is not overpowering, and the slight hint of chili pepper brings the whole dish together. delicious! The ingredients are simple: pork fillet, menma, green onions, and naruto, but there's no need for anything extra. The main ingredients are the noodles and the dipping sauce made with dried sardines. After you finish eating, you can mix the dipping sauce with hot water and drink it. It's delicious and warms your body. By the way, please note that the parking lot is on the opposite side of the road, in front of Lawson! (The vacant lot to the left of the store is not a parking lot.) Thank you for the meal!
