A long-established Takeoka-style ramen shop in Kisarazu. I think these ultra-thin menma are exquisite. Once soaked in the slightly dark soup, it has just the right amount of salt and is delicious.

Refreshing soy sauce ramen that makes you want to eat pork noodles regularly! Is it part of the Takeoka style? The char siu is melty and has a very good sense of unity with the noodles and soup. Yakumi (onion) topping is a must. A simple fried rice dish, but a guaranteed victory. It comes out surprisingly hot.
