More Comments at Google MapI go there once a week. There are only two menus, but I am impressed by their cleanliness. I always get lost even though there are only 2 types. Both are so wonderful. When I first started coming here, I was shocked by the deliciousness of the black pepper flavored “Abura Soba” without soup, so I ate only Abura Soba. The rate of Chinese soba is high. Chuka soba is a seafood-based Japanese-style ramen, but it has a very well-balanced and deep taste, not a sarcasm that seafood is served all over. The noodles are thin and the boiling time is perfect. The toppings, menma, char siu, and boiled eggs are also of high quality. All of the ingredients are made in Japan, and the management focuses on a small menu. wonderful. I will continue to go there. Oh, by the way, if there is limited char siu rice, I will definitely order it. At that time, "Chinese soba" without hesitation. It's because you leave the rice and eat it as an uncle at the end. It's bliss.
I went there for the first time. It was my first time having abura soba, but it wasn't greasy at all, and I was able to eat it even though there were 200g of noodles. It was even more delicious when I mixed it with dried bonito flakes to give it a different taste.
(2021,03,06) This time, a large serving of Chinese soba (210g) is topped with a boiled egg and 5 pieces of seaweed. Unfortunately, it seems that it is not possible to add more noodles than this, and the taste changes with black pepper halfway through. The fish soup is always delicious. Chopped green onions or gray-haired green onions are optional, but I would like them to be added. (2021,03,01) Today, I added 300g of noodles without soup, additional chashu pork, and boiled egg. GABAN's soupless noodles, which use a lot of black pepper, had a nice accent and were surprisingly light. I still want to eat hot Chinese noodles. (2021,02) Hinata runs a quiet business on the corner lot next to the police box after getting off the east exit of Kitamatsudo Station. The shop is vertically long with a counter and some tables that seat 4 people. You can also choose from the menu: Chinese soba (regular/large size), soupless soba (regular/large size), and chashu (pork/chicken) as toppings. I bought a regular Chinese soba meal ticket. The staff at the store assigned me a seat. Water is self-service, with a pitcher in a cup provided at each table. The ramen that comes out is made one bowl at a time in a pot on the stove, so you can enjoy the soup piping hot. The noodles are thin and straight like Hakata ramen, and the soup is a mix of animal-based soup and bonito flakes (probably), and the flavor of the bonito flakes gives it a Japanese-style flavor, making it very delicious. The menma was very long and topped with pork and chicken chashu, making it soft and delicious. The salt content is moderate, and the soup goes well with the straight thin noodles. I would like to come back and eat there again.
