Nice little ramen joint with good quality food and if you choose fresh garlic which you can add to your ramen. I would recommend the salt ramen, was very nice and rich

According to the staff, the most recommended thing is salt. Ramen starts from 990 yen. A lunch set of 1000 yen for ramen and pork rice is a great deal, regardless of Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays! Tsukemen costs 1,155 yen, but the taste remains the same, so ramen is enough. Miso ramen is 110 yen more expensive than soy sauce and salt, but you don't have to spend that much to eat it. Just adding miso makes the flavor stronger and doesn't change much. The soup is rich and delicious using veggie pota, which is expensive and time-consuming. The noodles are from Asakusa Kaikarou and are delicious. The price is high, but the quality is also high! The soup is almost the same for both tsukemen and ramen, so cheap ramen will suffice. If the soup is too thin or too thick, they will gladly accommodate you. I want to go again. It's good to be able to use paypay. You can use the machine to squeeze as much raw garlic as you like on the table and eat it yourself. No matter when I go, Eikichi Yazawa's music is playing and the smell of incense fills the room. There is a sister store called Haku in Gyotoku, but this one is about 300 yen cheaper and more reasonable.

This was my first visit to Hirameki as I had heard that it was delicious. I ordered the soy sauce lunch set. The customer service was polite and I felt very attentive. The char siu rice has the best thickness and melts in your mouth. The ramen noodles were served perfectly boiled and I was impressed!! ️The soup was amazing and I finished it. The salt seems to be delicious, so I'd like to try the salt next time.
