Shinshu miso was my favourite. The sweet miso flavor and noodles were well mixed and delicious. I think that Sapporo miso is good for those who are not good at sweetness.

It is located off the main road in Kimitsu. The appearance looks like a recent ramen shop. Do you feel that the relatively young shopkeeper (around 20-30 years old) and your elderly parents are helping? Just by making the noodles swim in the cauldron and draining the hot water with a flat net, you can feel the owner's commitment. There are various types of miso, such as Shinshu miso, Sapporo miso, red miso, and Saikyo miso. This time, I had Shinshu Miso Omori with Ajitama topping. Menma, egg, and chashu ingredients were very delicious. You can feel the soup stock of vegetables and pork bones that does not lose to miso. I was really surprized. When I finished the soup, I was thirsty because of the aftertaste of the chemical seasoning, but with this taste, I think it would be nice to refrain from using the chemical seasoning a little more. Well, that's something that the shopkeeper who seems to be picky about will be judged, so it's unnecessary help. Anyway, I would like to try other menu items.
