I came to Kisarazu for work, so I came here for lunch for the first time. After doing some research on the internet, I found out that this was the first family-run ramen shop in Chiba, and when I arrived at the shop out of curiosity, I found that the shop was almost full, even though I arrived just before 2pm. I used the ticket machine to purchase a bowl of ramen, medium rice, spinach and seaweed as toppings, took a seat without waiting, and ordered the noodles. The ramen arrived in about 5 minutes, and when I took it from the soup, it was firm. It was my favorite family style ramen, and I was very satisfied with the amount of spinach and nori. On the other hand, there was too much nori and spinach, and the rice was... There wasn't enough lol If you go to Kisarazu, please try it!
Royal family ramen. There's still a lot of wakame in this. The soup is thick due to the addition of water from the seaweed. If you don't have seaweed, it's safe to use a lighter soup. There were also many female customers. Probably number 1 in the prefecture.
