Super tasty Ramen, delicious noodles, perfect Cha-Shu and brilliant tunes. Located a bit far off the beaten track but that's half the fun of seeking these little gems out. There is a wide variety of different style Ramen dishes to choose from ranging from Tonkotsu or soy sauce base to fish or salt base - all of which are extremely good. They also offer noodles and soup separately where you then dip the noodles into the soup before eating them. Definitely make the effort to tick this one off your list if you LOVE good Ramen.

Super tasty ramen. Gyoza is really good

Visited on June 3, 2023 I had some business to do in Kisarazu, so I came here for dinner on the way back. I looked it up in advance and found that it is a famous ramen restaurant in Kisarazu. Just over 10 minutes walk from the east exit of Kisarazu Station. Payment after ordering Just like Iekei Ramen, you can specify the hardness of the noodles, the intensity of the flavor, and the amount of backfat. Japanese-style salted tonkotsu with half-raw bonito flakes chinese dumpling Start with a sip of soup It's pork bone, but it's light and has a strange taste in a good way. I can drink a lot I have never had such delicious pork bone soup in my life. For example, pork bone soup is creamy. new sensation Char siu is my favorite, the type that falls apart when you put it in your mouth and is very delicious. It's also delicious mixed with half-raw bonito flakes and noodles. Menma has good seasoning and texture. Half-boiled flavored eggs are nice too. The gyoza was average for better or worse, so I felt that the price was a little high for it. When the noodles are boiled, the staff will shout out "Yoisho!" and are cheerful and courteous. It was a must-try dish when you come to Kisarazu.
