More Comments at Google MapSoy sauce ramen ★★★★★ There's nothing wrong with the advertising slogan that it's addictive. It also goes well with gyoza and half rice. Miso ramen★★★★★ It tastes like proper miso ramen. The flavor of miso is weak, but it matches the Yamaoka family's fat and makes the dish cohesive. I try not to finish the soy sauce ramen soup that I usually eat, but I couldn't help but finish this one. I haven't tried it, but it seems to go really well with rice. Salt ramen★☆☆☆☆ Morning ramen is also salt ramen, but it's exactly like that. It's too bland and tasteless. Yamaokaya often has group customers, so they probably need to have simple tastes to suit a variety of tastes, but personally, I don't see them in the future. Burnt soy sauce★★★★☆ Soy sauce ramen that tastes quite like soy sauce ramen, which is not typical of Yamaoka family. The flavor is strong and delicious. By far the Yamaoka family, it was extremely salty and I couldn't finish the soup. Premium soy sauce pork bone ★★★☆☆ I don't really understand what is premium. Tsukemen (soy sauce) ★☆☆☆☆ The soup was so sour that I thought I might have made a mistake in the amount. It tasted awful. I like hot and sour noodles, so I don't mind the sour taste, but this one is no good. The rice didn't go well either, it was the worst dish. Tsukemen takes a long time to boil, so personally, I don't think there's anything good about it. After finishing the noodles, I added some cloudy soup from the teapot, and it became a little more delicious. But there's no reason to go out of your way to avoid normal soy sauce and choose this one. Dried sardines (limited time only) ★★☆☆☆ The soup has a strong viscosity, similar to bean paste. It has a strong smell and is selective about people. It was nice to have onions as an accent. Gyoza ★★★★☆ The skin is crispy and delicious. Coro Char Siu ★★★★★ It has a smaller surface area than standard chashu, so it won't get hard inside even if you dip it in hot soup. Flavored egg ★★☆☆☆ cold. Even the yolk inside is solid.
I stopped by around 3:00 in the morning on the way back from starry sky photography in Sotobo. I'm happy that it's open late at night. What's more, the noodles and soup are delicious. There are two meal ticket vending machines, one in front is cashless, but one in the back is cash only, so be careful. When you select a menu and purchase a meal ticket from the vending machine, a service ticket will also be issued, so you can collect it and exchange it for various items. If you present your JAF membership card, you will receive 6 Menma or Koro char siu. It's delicious and the JAF service is also profitable, so I'll use it again (^^)
At the Yamaoka family for the first time, I ate special miso green onion ramen. I went with three children, and there are chairs for children, so it's a store that's easy to visit with children. My husband ordered the shoyu ramen, and he ate both special miso and soy sauce, and both were delicious! I was worried about spicy miso, but the special miso was also a little spicy, and it was my personal favorite. The noodles are also sticky and I like it. In addition, we thought that we wanted to repeat. Miso ramen has a strong miso taste.
