First visit! We arrived at 11:30 but there were 6 people waiting outside. When I looked inside, about half of the seats were empty. It looks like they are only allowing as many people in the store as they can service without a hitch! I waited for about 5 minutes and bought a meal ticket. I bought dried sardines ramen with soy sauce and aedama. After waiting another 5 minutes, I was guided to the counter. The dried sardines ramen has a rich sardine soup stock, but it is very delicious without any bitterness or harshness. It goes well with the thin noodles that have been boiled until firm, and comes with two types of chashu. It had a striking taste to me. Super delicious!! The marinated balls have fishmeal and sauce on the bottom, so I mixed them well and ate them as is, then dipped the other half in the remaining soup. It was very delicious m(_ _)m I'll come back later!!

Visited on September 2, 2023. Chicken soba (soy sauce) Chicken soba (white soy sauce) Fried Char Siu Bowl Order. I had the chicken soba (soy sauce) and it was very delicious, but my companion preferred the white soy sauce chicken soba. Although the ramen is made with white soy sauce, it feels like salt ramen, making you feel both gentle and luxurious. I also became interested in chicken soba (salt) and Chinese noodles, so I'm going to try them again.

I got the special soy sauce and rice bowl. The soup first came with a strong soy sauce, followed by the flavor and umami of the chicken broth. In addition, it is very fragrant because it contains a little more chicken oil or fragrant oil. Although the noodles were thin, they were very chewy and chewy. I felt that it was a noodle that chose people a little, but it resonated with me quite a bit. The char siu was a type with condensed umami like low temperature cooking. It's refreshing and chewy, and it's completely different from the usual oily char siu. The makanai rice bowl was meaty and not too oily and was delicious. Overall it was a good quality meal.
