On my first visit, I received a large serving of the special Chinese noodles with soy sauce. The light yet rich soup, straight noodles made with whole grains, three types of char siu, two types of wontons, menma and boiled egg all made this a very carefully crafted dish. It was absolutely delicious. There seems to be a shortage of staff at the moment, so the number of seats has been reduced and the turnover rate is poor, so we had to wait in line for about an hour, but I think it's worth waiting in line to eat. Thank you for the meal.

Although it is located a little far from the city center, it is a popular ramen restaurant. We had special Chinese noodles and Takeoka Meshi. The special Chinese noodles have a clear soy sauce flavor without any unpleasant taste, and go very well with the straight thin noodles. There are four types of pork belly, thigh, shoulder loin, and chicken breast, so you can enjoy a variety of them. And it's delicious. It's very luxurious with half-boiled flavored eggs, menma, naruto, green vegetables, green onions, seaweed, and a little backfat, and the yuzu also does a nice job. What impressed me was the wontons, which came in two pieces. How delicious is this? The ramen cost 1,200 yen, but it was very satisfying. Takeoka Meshi is a type of rice topped with pork and onions. Although it has many different names, it can be called a local food, and is served in various restaurants with different flavors. It was very delicious. It's only open at the counter, so you might have to wait in line, but I think it's worth the wait.

I ordered the special salt ramen for 1200 yen. The taste is perfect and the price is reasonable. It's nice and fun to have three types of char siu. The ramen here doesn't leave your stomach feeling heavy even after you finish the soup. Maybe it's because of the ingredients, but it feels like it's delicious for the body. Expect to wait in line on Saturday. This time, I expected it to be crowded, so I came before the store opened and skipped the line. As expected, there was a huge line when we left the store. Since the owner handles all the cooking by himself, he deliberately limits the number of seats so that he can serve food without strain. If you don't have time or can't wait, we recommend coming back before the store opens or on weekdays instead of waiting in line.
