It was my first time here, and it had a very homely atmosphere and was crowded with locals. I ordered Kisarazuko Ramen and Gyoza. The ramen was dark soy sauce ramen with shredded seaweed on top, and it went well with the noodles and soup and was very delicious! The char siu was also thick and runny, so I thought it would have been better to add toppings (lol) The skin of the gyoza was crispy and the filling inside was juicy as well.☺️ If I have a chance to travel to Chiba again, I would like to go there!

I chose Kisarazu Ramen as it was recommended. It was deep and light, and the noodles were thin and perfectly cooked. The homemade char siu is also perfectly cooked and delicious! I rarely drink all my soup, but this soup was so good that I drank it all at once. It looks like the Takeoka style, but it is not the Takeoka style. I will definitely be repeating!
