The thinness of the menma, the mushy texture of the grilled pork, and the feel of the noodles make it similar to the Takeoka-style soup made with roasted pork, but the soy sauce on the grilled pork has less spiciness and is a little sweeter, and the soup has a slightly less stinging soy sauce feel. It feels sweet. Previously, when I ordered chashu men, there was seaweed in the middle, and when I turned it over, there was finely chopped pork fillet. It has seaweed and has a slight seaside feel. I've been going to this store often for over 30 years, and the uncles and aunts still welcome me as warmly as they did back then. This is a store that I want to stay here forever.
