It is a sister restaurant of Sakauchi Shokudo in Kitakata, and is located along Route 127. Although it is a chain store, I think it is a good place where you can easily enjoy authentic taste. I was hungry, so I greedily ordered the Satisfied B set meal. Comes with Kitakata ramen, your choice of mini rice, 3 gyoza, and a flavored egg. The mini rice was grilled pork rice with green onions and salt. The clear soup mixes with the curly thick noodles and is very delicious. Back fat is delicious, but I'm now at an age where I can also enjoy a refreshing and deep soup lol. The ramen comes with 5 slices of pork belly and is very satisfying. By the way, the chashu noodles are so covered in chashu that you can't even see the noodles lol Recommended for people who want to eat a lot of meat.
