I've always gone to Hayashiya in Kisarazu when I wanted to eat Iekei, but this time I visited Tamakiya for the first time. I ordered it with normal thickness, but it was as thick as the reviews said, and it tasted like other Iekei ramen's dark ramen! (It's always dark so I ordered normal and adjusted accordingly) The char siu is a smoked type and large in size, and I personally like the taste of the soup very much, so I'm very satisfied ◎ Repeat is confirmed! In addition, the staff are very energetic and polite to customers, and they explain the system of the store several times, such as "You can change the thickness of the soup later", so it's safe even for the first time. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal ^^
