First of all, I will have only noodles. The eggs and flour have a good aroma, and the noodles are slippery with a lot of water. It is soaked in cold water and has a perfect texture. The soup is a pattern of seafood and animal W soup. The powdery soup with plenty of fishmeal is well entwined with the noodles and the soup disappears. If you don't think it's a large serving, the soup will be gone in the second half. The ingredients are only 2 pieces of pork belly char siu about 2 cm square and 2 pieces of bamboo shoots, and honestly the impression of the ingredients is lonely.
