Sugano Seimenjo's straight thin noodles go well with the rich hot water soup. I was recommended to this shop by a friend. The most popular item at chicken paitan shops is chicken paitan salt. I ordered Torijiro, which I had been interested in for a while. I used to avoid Jiro-style ramen because it had a junky feel, but this restaurant's Tori Jiro looks like it's easy to eat. The result is delicious and addictive. The thick noodles with a chewy texture and the buttery sweetness of the soup made it very easy to eat. It may not be enough for people who like Jiro style, but it was a dish that I would like to revisit again. Thank you for the meal.
