The filling inside was also juicy and delicious. 😸 Previous description I had the grilled pork noodles. When you take a sip of the soup, it's a delicious soup with a lot of flavor. This ramen uses locally grown bamboo shoots instead of menma. These bamboo shoots are crunchy and chewy when you bite into them. The amount is a bit small, but I think you could add a little more bamboo shoots. When you take a bite of the essential grilled pork, the burnt part of the pork tickles your nostrils. The size of each piece of chashu is average and not too thick. But it's fragrant and delicious. I couldn't help but whisper "It's sunny" The noodles are thin, but they are well-cooked. At first glance, this ramen shop may not be anything special, but the quality is surprising. It was very delicious. The soup is carefully prepared, the noodles are delicious, and most of all, the chashu is delicious.
