Lots of onion and garlic. Hearty and enjoyable

It is said to be one of the three major ramen in Chiba. I was surprised by the black color of the soup, but it wasn't salty at all.In fact, it was a very mellow and delicious soup with the sweetness of the onions and other vegetables and the punch of garlic. Perhaps it's because of the recent high prices, but the char siu was rather thin and unsatisfactory considering it was Ariran Chashu Ramen. Still, it was definitely a very delicious ramen.

I've been wondering about it for a long time, so I'm glad I went! It wasn't as heavy as I thought and it was easy to eat. Plenty of garlic, minced meat and onions were good.
