The chicken paitan soy sauce ramen I ate this time was very delicious and satisfying. The soup is rich and the flavor of the chicken and the richness of the soy sauce are a perfect match. The noodles are slightly thick and have a chewy texture. There were plenty of ingredients, the chashu was soft, and the menma had a nice aroma and was delicious. The staff's customer service was polite and the place was comfortable. It was a ramen that I would want to eat again.
