I was hungry, so I visited in the afternoon. I was also attracted to the char siu wonton noodles, but after seeing how edible it looked and seeing the person next to me, I decided on ramen for 630 yen and half-fried rice for 390 yen! The ramen has a strange and nostalgic soy sauce flavor, but I don't dislike it. In fact, the saltiness becomes a nice spice that makes you want to slurp the noodles even more. The taste is different, but it's so salty and delicious that you can't stop eating it, just like Mac's fries. The thickness of the noodles and the saltiness of this soy sauce flavor are truly the best match! The edges of the chashu topping were on top, so I put it in my mouth thinking, ``Maybe it'll come off,'' and lo and behold! Soft that you can't imagine from its appearance! Even though it was a thick size, it was soft and creamy. Eh, maybe. Should I have had the chashu bowl instead of fried rice for 390 yen? ? There were two pieces of delicious chashu. No way, it was a big hit at this store, wasn't it? ? I thought to myself and felt happy. The fried rice was chewy and delicious, but the impact of the ramen was too strong... It was a really nostalgic but happy lunch with the ramen soup that tasted fresh. Thank you for the delicious cup. Next time I will definitely try the char siu bowl!
A restaurant where you can eat Takeoka-style ramen, one of the three major ramen in Chiba. The line is unbearable at lunchtime, but the turnover is good, so you can eat it quickly. I ordered pork wonton noodles, half fried rice, and dumplings. The taste of the soup was light and delicious like Hachioji ramen.
