I really love the taste of the ramen soup!!

Shrimp wontons topped with chicken broth and salt. The taste is quite rich, but it is at the top of the average level in the rich chicken hot water industry. (For people who are not used to rich foods, this may be a good choice.) I think it would be nice if it had a little more depth, starting with the saltiness. But I can see why it's popular and it's delicious. Shrimp wontons are also good, and go well with chicken broth. I'm looking forward to the future, but I'd like to point out areas for improvement. If you put everything on top, the temperature will be low, so it might be a good idea to warm up the bowl. Especially when using chicken broth, the temperature of the soup tends to be low, so this alone will make the soup taste even better. Also, the soft-boiled eggs were cold and tasteless. This may be intentional, but it doesn't go well with chicken paitan soup. The char siew was crumbly and excellent. By the way, the chili pepper will have a different flavor later on. It was a restaurant that you would want to support because it was a one-woman operation that excelled in chicken hot water.

Chicken white soup ramen (salt) was very delicious! It was rich and personally the best ramen I've ever eaten! Goes well with rice! ! The mini char siu rice bowl was just the right size ◎ The shrimp wonton was especially delicious! Wednesday was curry day, so I finally went to eat curry! The Hina Curry was quite spicy and a little spicy, but it was delicious! If you don't like spicy food, please refresh your palate with water and pickles. *Since it is done by one person, it may take a long time to wait! The manager was very polite and warm!
