Ichihara, Chiba, Japan｜Dabo House - Ramen

Don’t know why I haven’t reviewed this place earlier. I have eaten Ramen all over Japan but every time I come here I realize this place has the best ramen. Delicious. It’s so good that I make this place my first stop every time I’m here in Ichihara. It’s a Beautiful restaurant. It’s a huge white house, that’s super clean, the owners are supper friendly, the food is delicious. Has a great ambiance. It use to be a coffee place so you get this artsy setting. I highly recommend stopping here if your in Chiba. Easy to get here by Train if your not driving. From Goi stn take the Kominato train to Kofudai stn. Then walk North along the main road for about 10 mins.

I went there for the first time in 27 years. At that time, Western food was delicious at the coffee shop, and I often went to the shop where I could enjoy desserts such as parfaits besides meals. After returning to my hometown, I was surprised by the change in the surrounding scenery, but when I saw Dabo House, I was still happy and the memories of those days came back. I was very happy to be able to eat the master's cooking together with my child who was my age at the time. My son said, "It's so delicious! ’ and finished the meal while quietly savoring it. I was really happy to see the appearance of the master who is doing well. I will go again, so please take care of yourself.

After finishing some errands in Ichihara, I searched for this store and found it. A coffee shop? A ramen shop? There was a ramen banner outside, so there was no doubt that ramen was being served. The exterior and interior feel of a coffee shop. The menu is mostly ramen. I don't like plums, so I'll go with the special miso ramen. Order. *I don't remember for sure. The store is very relaxing, so you can relax while you wait. The most important part of the ramen is the delicious chashu pork. I have been to many ramen shops until now, It's in my top 5 for me. The soup and noodles are also delicious. I think it's very difficult to be normal. I think it's a perfectly balanced ramen, in a good way. It's a bit far, but if I go to Ichihara, I'd like to go there again.
