Super delicious tsukemen in Chiba! It’s a little different to your usual ramen as they have a very delicious broth not to mention the meat as well. They also give you free large upgrade to noodles if you want it and you can also choose 2 different types of meats if you order the special dish!

Makes his own noodles from scratch and varies the style of noodles in different dishes. A real artisan chef! Well worth a detour to visit here. The fried chicken is also outstanding!

The thin noodles with tsukemen were fresh. It was light, and the taste of the dipping sauce was diluted in the second half, so the taste changed with rock salt and wasabi, but it was like soba and was delicious until the end.
