Special ramen with shrimp taste soup

I visited on a Saturday after it opened. My expectations were at their peak because I was interested in this store♪ When I tried to open the sliding door, the owner was kind enough to open it for me, which I appreciated. First, I quenched my thirst with beer, sweet potato shochu mixed with water, and ordered ramen♪ The spicy gau ramen and rice have arrived. The char siu is not fatty and melty, but is less fatty and more filling. Personally, I like it. You will feel more happy eating meat. Next up is Kirifue Shrimp Miso Ramen♪ When you drink the soup, the shrimp dominates your mouth. However, there was no smell at all, and I felt like I had to have this soup to eat this ramen♪ In a sense, it's a violation. I had the regular size ramen, but they also have half sizes, so I think it's a perfect menu for those who want to try a variety of things. There are still many items on the menu that you'll want to try, and the owner is very frank, so I'm sure you'll have a fun time eating there. I'm sure I'll be visiting again soon. I heard that this is the place for gau ramen. To be honest, the milk x ramen was just "meh". I think I'll try it out based on the recommendations from people around me. I visited the store with this feeling in mind. I was imagining something like carbonara. It had a nice ramen taste. The spices on top (or maybe...?) It was a good match. This makes you want to add chashu. I want to eat it again.
