Good feeling

I went on Friday, March 17th around 11:30. The U-shaped counter, which seats about 15 people, was about half full of customers. Parking is available in front of the store entrance and at both ends. I ordered char siu men for 900 yen and gyoza (5 pieces) for 350 yen. Born and raised in Minamiboso, I'm a soy sauce ramen fan, and my favorite is Takeoka ramen. Out of all the restaurants I've eaten at, Osho-san was the 1st or 2nd most delicious. It wasn't just soy sauce, it was rich and delicious. It wasn't too strong a flavor for me, but it was just right. The gyoza had a subtle sweetness and was also exquisite. Many people ordered large portions, but as a small eater like myself, I felt like there were more noodles than at other restaurants. These are ramen and gyoza that I want to eat every day. If you don't think this ramen is delicious, I don't think you'll like Takeoka-style ramen.

I had been curious about this shop for a long time, but I went there for the first time after it was recommended by someone at work 😊 The store has a counter and a tatami room, and since it was lunchtime, it was full. This time, I ordered chashu noodles + onions and mini curry♪ After ordering, the rice bowl is served and eaten in about 10 minutes. Soup → The color is dark, but it's not as salty as it looks, it's easy to eat, the onions are a nice accent, and it's really delicious ♪ Noodles → Noodles soaked up the soup well and had a nice texture ♪ Char siu → The char siu here was soft, fairly thick, and very delicious 😊 Mini curry → It was dry and quite spicy, but the spices were effective and there were a lot of large pieces of meat and vegetables in the toppings, so I was satisfied. This was my first time, but I'm interested in the other menu items, so I'd like to go again. Thank you for the meal😋
