A restaurant that serves soy sauce ramen with the rich aroma of tamari soy sauce. I thought it was interesting that you could choose from several types of noodles and soup to create your own bowl. The restaurant is clean and has a small seating area and tables. There is also a curry set, so I ordered it. I went for the classic with curly egg noodles and tamari soy sauce. The char siu was well made, and the soup and noodles went well together. The photo makes it look dark, but that's not the case at all. It was light and had a nice aroma. There is also a parking lot, so you can come by car with peace of mind.

Shin, thick noodles, curry set It was delicious. The chili oil and sesame made the soup's aroma stand out and it was delicious. The staff are friendly and I would like to come again. It's fun to think about what combination to use next time.
