A must if one visits Chiba prefecture. The portions are big but flavorful. Best ramen in Kanto.

Super tasty, strongly recommend for ramen lovers

Jiro inspired ramen. Chibakara, located on the outskirts of Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture, doesn't have any noticeable signboards, and there are about 10 groups of people waiting in line even though it's from 6:30 pm, before it opens in the evening. When you enter, you buy a meal ticket, show it to the staff, and the first thing you do is ask your preferences. After that, you will be taken to your seat and just before being served, you will be asked again if you would like more food. I ordered a large bowl of noodles, garlic and vegetables, and green onion toppings, and when I served the rice bowl, it was very impressive. It was my first time eating Jiro-style food, and I enjoyed it so much that I would like to go again.
