Ichihara, Chiba, Japan｜味噌屋八玄

I had been curious about this restaurant ever since I passed by it before, so I stopped by to try it this time. The restaurant was busy, and I had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated. I was interested in the Mobara Ramen and Orochon Ramen that the restaurant sells, but this time I had the Niku Soba. The soy sauce-based soup brought out the flavor of the meat so much that I forgot to put down my chopsticks and finished the whole thing. Ichihara has many delicious ramen shops, all of which are attractive, but I would like to visit Yagen-san again.

I have repeated it many times 😅 The one I received this time is released today. Chilled shabu dandan noodles (image shows large portion + cold shabu) I ate it with my wife. It's not too spicy, and the yuzu accent increases the spiciness as you continue to eat it, making it taste like mixed soba noodles. It was 5 stars without any complaints 👍 I will go again *Added on 2022/08/15 ☆Limited time Lu Rohan bento The seasoned chashu was dry, but the fried chicken was delicious. Lunch box for parent and child and other people lol The food became delicious 👍 ☆Snack roast beef My wife praises it. It seems like I'm satisfied with this and the food at home lol ☆Green onion chashu My husband and I highly praise it. I buy it every time 👍 It disappeared in an instant lol ☆Frozen gyoza A versatile gyoza that anyone can make deliciously if you follow the instructions. It tastes best if you make it as instructed without making any arrangements. *Additional note 2022.08.06 Take out Grilled Char Siu Bento roast beef bento Assorted snacks (broiled cha) I asked for it. It was delicious. but The rice was quite hard and the wasabi that came with the roast beef soaked directly into the rice💦 The green onions are cut into small pieces and sometimes messy. I would like to try it at a restaurant someday. *Additional note (November 2021) My eldest daughter and I visited the store for the first time❗️ Oyster ramen limited to SNS!! ️It's irresistible for oyster lovers❗️As an amateur, I thought it would be hard and dry, but it was soft and watery, and the soup stock was strong❗️It was so delicious that I couldn't believe it was seasoned❗️Dashi stock for the soy sauce soup Dashi soup lol This is a dish that I would like to have on the regular menu❗️I also ordered the char siu bowl, but I was satisfied with the oyster ramen so I didn't need it💦 By the way, my eldest daughter has chashu noodles lol It was amazing! ️

The miso ramen was delicious ^_^ Fried chicken with miso mayonnaise is also excellent.
