A ramen shop just a few minutes walk from Mobara Station I had the ramen which was very good. Only the counter is available, and the interior is dimly lit and has a calm atmosphere. I went to Mobara on a business trip and it was right next to my hotel so I went there. I ordered the special chicken and pork bone ramen. Soup: Foamy chicken and pork bone soup, creamy and rich, very easy to drink and delicious. I thought it would be a little sweet, but it wasn't. Noodles: It was the best chewy texture! The shape kind of looks like spaghetti. In terms of thickness, it's between thin and medium-thick noodles. Toppings: The toppings were really unique! There were sun-dried tomatoes and olives on top of the chicken, and the menma was different from the usual and delicious! There were two types of chashu and both were delicious. It looked very fancy and felt like an Italian dish. The staff were very kind, the atmosphere inside the store was calm, and I felt very comfortable. Next time I come to Mobara, I will go there again!
