I like the jet black soy sauce ramen here and go here often! Although it's a pitch-black soup, it's mellow and light, not salty, and topped with garlic and unlimited green onions, it's irresistible! 🤤

I got this on my way home from night fishing. I didn't know it was a Kyoto ramen shop when it was on a different street before. I went in expecting Kyoto ramen (?) this time, and as expected, the thin straight noodles were very delicious as they soaked up the delicious soup. The fried rice was also satisfying with just the right amount of salt. However, this store night was almost a one-off operation, and the store manager who judged it (although there was only one person in the hall) was also impressed. Personally, I found it to be a very addictive taste.
