Chiba, Japan｜Ramen restaurant

I went there for the first time in probably a dozen years. Last time I had vegetable tanmen, this time I had miso tanmen. Added chashu. It's very dark. More of a sauce than a soup. I don't think people who like it can handle it. The picture is half-eaten🙏. Too dark for me.

The miso tanmen is mellow and goes perfectly with the vegetables and soup, making it extremely delicious. I've been to the store many times. The ticket vending machine is broken, so you have to write the menu on the slip and order. I'll be back!

It's refreshing and has plenty of vegetables. It is recommended.
