Funabashi, Chiba, Japan｜ネオ中華そばの店・拉麺いさりび

This ramen shop is located a 5-minute walk from the north exit of Funabashi Station. When you exit the north exit of Funabashi Station, you will see a large Ito-Yokado store in front of you. Go along the left side of the station toward Ito-Yokado, turn left once at the end, and you'll arrive. This is a counter only store. The counter has partitions like Ichiran, and the interior is stylish and clean. Bright music like bossa nova is playing. The restaurant operates on a ticket system, so buy your ticket outside before entering the store. This time I ordered Neo Chinese Soba for 1200 yen. Ramen arrived in less than 10 minutes. The toppings were 1/2 seasoned egg, 2 slices of chashu, menma, seaweed, naruto, and green onion. It's simple, but every ingredient is delicious. I especially recommend the char siew. It looks like it was cooked at a low temperature. The soy sauce ramen soup had a comforting taste with both umami and sweetness. very delicious. I ended up drinking all the soup. There is no chemical seasoning taste that tends to be found in cheap ramen. I didn't feel sick to my stomach even several hours after eating it, and it felt like a healthy type of ramen. You can't finish eating rich ramen unless you put your mind and body into it, but this ramen is delicious and satisfying no matter when you eat it.

This is the ramen shop that I personally think is the most delicious in Funabashi. I have visited many times, but this time I visited around 15:30 on weekends. It's a small shop with only a counter, but it wasn't peak hours, so I was able to enter the shop immediately with only two groups of customers ahead of me. I ordered Sangen pork low temperature roast pork noodles (1,500 yen). Although it is pork noodles, it is over 1,000 yen. . I feel like it went up in price. . I feel the inflation not only in this shop. . . Food is served within 5 minutes after purchasing the ticket. The ramen here is really delicious and I love it. It's so soft and delicious that I think it's raw (note: it's properly cooked). I almost never order char siu noodles at a ramen shop, but this is the only exception. I want to eat as much as I want. The soup is based on soy sauce and is light and not too heavy. I will visit you again regularly!

Seating is only at the counter. I ordered the average soy sauce ramen. I'm an amateur, so I can't comment on the soup, but the balance of oil and green onions was perfect, and even though it was light, it was very satisfying. I am satisfied that it is called Neo-Chinese and not Chinese Soba. The gyoza came with crispy wings and was served with vinegar soy sauce drizzled with fragrant chili oil. Definitely a repeat decision.
