Yokohama Iekei Ramen restaurant located along National Route 296. It is now said to be the most delicious restaurant in Chiba Prefecture, but this was my first visit since it was so crowded that it was difficult to get in. I bought ramen for 800 yen from the ticket vending machine. There were 7 customers in front of me, so it took 23 minutes from entering the restaurant to finishing the bowl. The ramen was very filling and satisfying due to the richness of the soup, the smoky aroma of the chashu, the way the spinach was boiled, and the stability of the family's classic Sakai noodles. Not only is it a good value for money, with free rice and a free cuppa, you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere, perhaps because the customer service is not as noisy as you would expect from a family-run restaurant, so even families can enjoy their meals with peace of mind. From now on, when it comes to Iekei ramen, this is likely to become the standard.
