We had the Hokkaido miso ramen and the red roof salt ramen. Both were delicious. The char siu that was in both was big, thick, soft and very delicious. Next time I'd like to eat char siu noodles.

The miso chashu noodles were delicious. At first bite, it doesn't make much of an impression, but as you eat it, you can feel the dashi and flavor, making it a delicious miso ramen. The char siu is also a little tougher than the current mainstream, but it is well seasoned and has a satisfying taste. The noodles are chewy and go down well. Nowadays, it's more of a nostalgic and delicious ramen than a traditional ramen.
