More Comments at Google MapThe parking lot is in front of the store and across the road. Enter the store and purchase a meal ticket for soy sauce ramen, raw egg, flavored egg, and cabbage at the ticket vending machine on the right side. Hand over your meal ticket and sit at the counter 🪑 The soy sauce-flavored soup is so delicious that you won't be able to stop eating it. The soft char siu is also good👍 It was delicious, thank you for the meal 🙇♂️
Takeoka-style ramen is made very carefully. The slightly thin noodles are mixed with the Takeoka-style soup. The onions are not cut in large quantities, but are carefully and delicately served. It's really close to Shin-Mobara Station, but the Sotobo Line runs about three times an hour. I couldn't find a convenience store nearby, so it would be nice to go by car. I want to eat it again.
At first, I was planning to go to the nearby Akamaro Ramen Sho, but unfortunately it was closed, so I went here, which was my second choice. In the end, I got it right. Purchase tickets at the ticket vending machine. There were about three flavors, but this time I chose the Takeoka-style flavor. Relaxing reggae music was playing in the stylish interior, perfect for a spring lunch as the weather got a little warmer. I also like the type of chashu that is stewed to a soft texture. Since it's Takeoka-style, the soup is made with a strong soy sauce, but it was so thick that it was completely drinkable. Although it is located along the Shin-Mobara Station tracks, I felt that most of the people who visited the store used cars. Parking space is available in front of the store.
