It's true that the miso ramen here is delicious no matter what you eat. This time I used Kyushu barley miso. I'm not sure if there is a local miso ramen in Kyushu with sweet miso and fried Satsuma, but this is delicious. Tadokoro Shoten's number of stores has increased rapidly, but so far there have been no cuts to the taste.

For the first time, I went to a store that I had always wanted to visit. When it comes to ramen, I like miso ramen, so I was looking forward to it. I had the Hokkaido miso char siu noodles, and the dark miso gave it a nice flavor and it was delicious. Maybe it's because it's from Hokkaido that it contains potatoes? The miso fried rice and gyoza with miso sauce were also delicious. I think I want to go again.
