More Comments at Google MapSoy sauce flavored tantan noodles. Contains no sesame seeds. The soup has the scent of dried sardines, is refreshing, and is so delicious that you can drink it all. It's just the right amount of spiciness, so there's cayenne pepper on the table for those who want more spiciness. I want everyone to try soy sauce-flavored tantan noodles. The photo shows Tantan noodles (700 yen) and Namul service.
This is a sister restaurant to Katsuura's Kodama restaurant, where you can enjoy Katsuura tantan noodles, but apparently they use chili powder instead of chili oil to give it a spicier taste. This makes it less spicy and easier to eat. Not only is it spicy, but the soup has a good dashi stock that brings out the richness of the soup, giving it just the right amount of spiciness. The sweetness of the fried onions actually brings out the spiciness. The noodles are thin (maybe with added water?), and rather than challenging the spiciness, it's a well-balanced and delicious bowl. They recommend adding rice after you finish eating the noodles, but this soup does. Apparently it's a popular way to eat it among the local elderly (though I'm worried about my blood pressure). The semi-stamina fried rice in the set is also delicious with a light spiciness. Since it's called stamina, I think it would be good if it had more garlic.
Do you like ramen? ! Sister store of Honke Katsuura Tantanmen Why this place? Without touching on the mystery... I can't remember the Katsuura Tantanmen I ate a long time ago (lol) Lately I've gotten used to mechanical menus so I've been looking for one that looks good on the table. The Katsuura-style tantanmen made me grin. This is a simple Katsuura-style tantanmen for 600 yen and a large serving of 100 yen, making it very friendly to the common people. I checked the reviews while waiting for the leftover rice to be added to the soup at the end, but I had already made a large portion so I gave up. It comes out and looks simple, The soup has a perfect taste, with spices such as chili pepper and pepper that offset the sweetness of the large amount of onions. Slurping the thin noodles with the soup...it's delicious. By the way, for some reason it came with a side dish. There are seasonings on the table so you can adjust the seasoning. Well, thank you for the meal.
