My favorite is the red ramen here. A refreshing spiciness made mainly from chili oil. Today, I can feel the aroma of chili peppers, which makes it even more delicious. I guess it's because of the spirit, like Korean chili peppers. Basically, it's the Honke Jiro class with plenty of volume, so I call it less noodles and half the vegetables. There were three thick and sturdy pieces of pork underneath the vegetables. It was one size smaller, so maybe that's the effect. You can buy your meal ticket first or later. When you want to start boiling, they ask you to buy a meal ticket first. Only one group was inside the store, the others were waiting outside. There were 5 or 6 people waiting outside, and it took about 30 minutes to get the rice bowl. The doneness of boiling is perfect, depending on your preference. Combined with the portion, it reminds me of the old Jiro. It's strange because the owner is young. Finished meal. It was a feast.

I ordered a small without soup. Black pepper is effective by default, so you can eat it until the end without getting tired of it. The owner of this restaurant is also a gentle and kind person, so it is recommended for those who are not familiar with Jiro style. It is very tasty. There is also a second store in Tsudanuma, so I would like to visit there soon.

First visit to Butaken. I got 600g of tsukemen with extra large noodles.
