Hokkaido miso, Shinshu miso, Kyushu miso, Ise miso, Edomae miso, etc. It seems that they serve ramen based on 3 types of miso depending on the region. At Menba Ryugin in Kashiwa, Kyushu barley miso (⁠sweet). Edomae miso (⁠sweet) is served at Misoya Shosuke in Oguradai. I will order myself. I like the combination of sweet miso and spicy green onions. I like it, so I often ask for it. 🫡

I had been craving miso ramen since morning, so I stopped by❗I had the Hokkaido miso butter ramen and my wife had the Edomae miso ramen. After that, I added mini fried rice. By the way, the miso butter version had Hokkaido potatoes in it, and the Edomae version had clams in it. Both are rich, delicious, and very satisfying. I visited just at noon, but I was lucky enough to be able to sit down.
