More Comments at Google MapReally good! 1000 yen for big bowl of noodles and rice and gyoza A lot of food big portions hard to eat all Surprised how clean the place is. Much cleaner than most noodle shops It gets busy!
This is my first visit based on word of mouth (introduction). By the way, this was my first time at tanmen, so I went in wondering what it would be like. The soup is tanmen, so it's a salty soup made with chicken bones, and it's loaded with plenty of vegetables (360g) that look like they've been thoroughly stir-fried in an iron pot, making it a dish packed with the flavor of the vegetables. (By the way, the daily intake of vegetables for adults is said to be 350g.) Even though I don't normally like vegetables, I was very satisfied with how delicious it was. Thank you for the meal.
For a long time now, whenever I passed by the shop, there were always a lot of cars, and on Saturdays and Sundays, it was sometimes full even at 2:00 or 3:00, so I thought it was a delicious ramen shop, and when I looked at the ratings, it was over 4 stars, so I wanted to eat there someday. It is. I happened to have a day off on weekdays, so I visited after 2 o'clock. Even so, the parking lot was nearly 80% full and there were no empty tables. I bought a ticket for the Tankara set of tanmen and fried chicken and went to the counter seat. The water was also self-service and at first glance it was in a bland paper cup, but it was cleaner than the sticky cup you get at some Chinese restaurants. I think it's good for both of us because it's nice and the store doesn't have to wash it when it's so busy. The person who was shaking the frying pan was a slender woman who had just ordered 5.6 pieces of tanmen, so it was amazing to see how many vegetables she had stir-fried all at once with her slender arms. The taste was great with the addition of garlic. I recommend making the noodles a little flat and adding a little vinegar to make them milder. The fried chicken didn't have a strong flavor and was more persistent than at a specialty restaurant, so I would definitely visit again. I can see why it's crowded.
