Really good ramen restaurant with a nice cozy interior and friendly staff. Spent a couple hours at Top Secret across the street and wanted to eat ramen before making a multi hour drive. The staff accommodated vegetarian diet which is very rare in Japan. The staff also spoke English.

It was my first time visiting the store. When you enter the store, there is a counter on the right side and a kitchen behind it. There were four tatami tables on the left side. This time I used the tatami room. I sat down, looked at the menu, and ordered char siu, big gyoza, and mini green onion char siu bowl. When I arrived at the store after 1:00 p.m., customers were arriving one after another. Is it because the business hours are until 14:00? After waiting for a while, my order was brought to my table and I received it right away. The chashu noodles are soy sauce-based and light. The noodles were thin and the stress of the pork was delicious. Big gyoza is about twice the size of regular gyoza, and has 4 pieces. The mini green onion char siu bowl has a lot of green onions, the char siu is chopped, and the amount is moderate. It was delicious and I ate it all. It was a feast. If you are interested, please come and visit us.

It's located along Route 16, and when I followed the Navio directions to enter from the opposite direction, I got lost with the store right in front of me. When I arrived just before noon, the parking lot was already full. The inside of the store is not very large, and although I didn't have to wait to get in, it was quite crowded. The restaurant seems to be run by an elderly father and a staff member, and I was impressed by the warm and friendly greetings. The menu has a wide variety of items, from ramen to fried rice to gyoza to snacks, so you'll be spoiled for choice. The interior of the store moved quickly, with customers constantly coming in and out. It seems that there are many regular customers, and many of them ordered without hesitation as soon as they entered the store. (The combination of salted char siu and semi-fried rice seemed to be popular.) There were several families there, and the noodles and soup were flavorful, and the ramen had a consistent, gentle flavor that would be easy for children to eat. The char siu also has a melt-in-the-mouth flavor that you like, and you'll want to eat as many pieces as you like. Also, the fried rice is fluffy but not greasy, and the jumbo dumplings are filling, with crispy skin and juicy meat fillings. . . I think you'll want to come for just the beer, but I'd like to come back to try other menu items!
