This is a family-style ramen shop that I often go to recently. On Saturdays and Sundays, it starts at 5:00 am, so I'm grateful to be able to do it in the morning! I think it's a soup that matches a wide range of layers with a mild soup. If you want to feel Kaeshi firmly, I recommend a strong one! Mild eyes are thin! I think people who like salty family lineage can go to Gatchigachi Chicken oil is not so strong by default, so I personally think the balance is good. The noodles are from Sakai Seimen, and the noodles are perfect for the family! Boiled degree I feel that the default is relatively soft boiled degree. I like the crispness that is just right when I ask for it to be stiff. After all, Iekei miso may be your favorite at this restaurant. Somaya's mild soup goes perfectly with miso! ! The miso also contains a little soy sauce! I will continue to attend! !

I used it on a Saturday afternoon. It seemed to be a popular store, with customers constantly coming in and out of the store. I had to wait a while inside the store, but the rotation was quick and I was able to get a table in about 10 minutes. I ordered the special ramen. I'm very happy that rice is free. It was topped with chashu, seasoned eggs, seaweed, small onions, spinach, and menma, and was very filling! All tastes were normal. It's delicious with a good balance between the salty taste and the rich pork bones. In particular, it had a lot of green onions, which is unusual for Iekei ramen, and it had a good crunch! The char siu had a very nice aroma, probably because it was smoked. The flavor of the flavored egg was very deep and it was also delicious.

I had the special ramen noodles. (1050 yen including tax) I got all the hardness and thickness of the oil as normal, but I felt that the taste was diluted according to my standards (Bousouya). However, Soma family is easier to eat. I was able to finish the soup. This is good because the store is beautiful and clean. Parking is available in front, side and rear of the store.
